Welcome to Collegiate Preparatory Elementary. We help scholars achieve the college dream through Advancement Via Individual Determination. Also, we focus on the social and emotional aspects to help students build the capacity to overcome any obstacle they may encounter in the collegiate pathway and life. Scholars at our school learn collaboratively with cutting-edge instructional practices and the integration of technology. We view the importance of a well-rounded learner. Our scholars participate in general music instruction and after-school clubs to expand learning beyond just core instructions, while having focused attention on rigorous learning and achieving a free associate’s degree with additional hours toward college graduation before graduating from high school. Our leaning environment is unique and is powerful to see. If you would like a tour to help you decide if Collegiate Preparatory is the place for your scholar, please contact Sandra Daniels at (972) 293-4502. We would love to show you our learning institution.
***Tours are conducted most Fridays during the school year between 9:00-10:00 AM***
I am married to my loving wife, and we have four children. I graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated with a Master's in Educational Administration from the University of Houston-Victoria. I am a fourth generation public educator in Texas and have been in Texas public education for 17 years. During those years, I have taught grades 4 through 8 and have been an administrator for grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12. I have had a vast array of experiences, and I am so excited to be furthering my experience and expertise while adding to the tradition of excellence in Cedar Hill ISD and the Collegiate pathway.
