Click here for the 2017-2018 Application.

Good Afternoon Collegiate Prep Family,

I want to share some information with you about returning scholars and the process.  We are using a new program this year to manage all applications for new and returning scholars.  While we have the new scholar side ready, the company is still working to get the returning scholar part ready.  I will provide additional information via my weekly email update as soon as we have it.

Please note that you have until 2:30 PM on February 3rd, 2017 to complete the process after it goes live.  You will not need any teacher recommendations to return to Prep.

If you have another child that is not currently attending Prep and you would like for them to go in the lottery for next school year, you must attend a mandatory new parent meeting.  The dates are on our website calendar.  If you have questions, please contact our counselor, Mrs. Jackson.

Good Afternoon Collegiate Prep Family,

Please note that you must attend a mandatory parent meeting at Collegiate Academy to apply for 6th grade.  If you do not attend one of the meetings that is offered, you will not be in the lottery for an available seat.

After you have attended a mandatory parent meeting, you will need to apply as a new student since you are changing campuses.  You will need a letter of good standing and STAAR results that were sent home yesterday with your scholar.

In the application under required documents, you will need to print the two teacher recommendation forms and submit them to Mrs. Brown and Mr. Edwards as soon as possible but no later than 8:00 AM on February 1, 2017 to have them before the application deadline.  Due to the number of letters, it usually takes them 2 school days to return the completed forms.  If you have other questions, please contact Collegiate Academy for assistance.
